As a teacher in my second year of teaching, too often I’ve attended training that has been delivered with an air of reluctance to be there, both from the trainer and teachers.
This training, not only inspires, but empowers teachers to reconceptualise how to maximise opportunities. The buzz created in the room as a result of the training completely eliminated any sense of complacency one may have had prior to the training. In short I came away with extremely fruitful and rich ideas to implement.
Loads of practical ideas that I am enthusiastic to try. The course inspired us to be more reflective and to implement different strategies. Definitely an excellent course!
