The courses focus on building and developing expertise in order that delegates can use their updated and enhanced skills to support and drive school improvement.

Our training courses are delivered by experienced senior school leaders, school inspectors and educational experts. They can be tailored to your school or setting to support the whole school or department improvement. All our courses and consultancy packages are supported by comprehensive materials and can be hosted by your school, Teaching School, Federation or Local Authority, which enables you to cover your costs and generate income for your organisation.

Julia and her team of highly experienced associates, recognise that school budgets are constrained.Therefore, we provide cost effective training solutions for schools including; Teaching Schools, Academy Trusts, School Alliances and Local Authorities, in your own premises. We also provide a range of bespoke and personalised approaches, to support, challenge, motivate and inspire staff to achieve outstanding results for their children. We are able to work in a wide range of settings including those who are working in challenging circumstances, to those who want to go the extra mile to achieve or sustain excellence.
